Ice Ice and More Ice

Well it has turned out to be a four day weekend! We are under a whole bunch of warnings and watches. There has already been ice on the sides of the house and all over the vehicles. Jason had to pour water on his truck this morning just to get the door open. Yes he had to go in to work this morning! Sounds like things are going to get worse as the day goes on as well. So we will be staying inside for the next day if not tomorrow too. So weird to have this kind of weather here!

Other news...Gabe continues to get huge! He is around 16 and a half pounds. He is making us laugh to no end daily. He is getting so much more personality. He is just a sweetheart. He has had a cold the last week or so and he has still been laughing. We know that he is feeling really yucky but that sweet smile and laugh still come out. He is just such an awesome lil boy. We still look at him and can't believe that we have a lil boy. That he is OURS! We are waiting the arrival of his first tooth. It has yet to make an appearance.

We have not gotten new floors in yet. We are thinking by the end of March beginning of April we will have it done. I am hoping that Gabe will wait to crawl for that long. Gabe has his 6 month check up 2 weeks from yesterday. We are hoping that we can expand the types of food that he is eating. Maybe that will cut him back on his intake of formula. He is eating almost 8 ounces in each sitting. I tell ya the boy can eat!! That is about everything that is happening with us that I can think of for the moment.
