Would have been....

Well tonight would have been the night that we would have been waiting to go in for inducing! Or we would have been going in tomorrow at 2:00 to have the c-section. How weird is that??? We still cannot believe that we already have had Gabe with us for almost 2 weeks. It has just been amazing. He continues to do really well. He is eating about every 3-3 1/2 hours so we are getting about 2 hours or a lil more of sleep at a time. Which strangely enough we are getting used too. I never thought that I could survive on that lil amount of sleep let alone take care of infant with that amount of sleep. He has already been picking up his head and has smiled a few times too. When he picks up his head he can only do it for about 4 times and then he literally is exhausted. He just falls asleep!! It is soo incredibly cute.
We have also continued to look for child care for him for when I go back to work. I am not looking forward to leaving him with anyone. Jason and I are looking at all the options possible so that financially we may be able to have one of us stay home even part time. I never though that it was going to be so hard thinking about having to leave him and go back to work. Or heck even just to think about leaving him. I have yet to not have him with me since I woke up from the surgery in the hospital. Even when they would take him to weigh him I would really start missing him and many times we would walk down to the nursery to see him!!
Once again it is time for the lil muffin to eat. So until next time.....
