We wanted to update everyone on how things are going with our new family. Gabe is back up to his birth weight and no more jaundice tests are needed. We were so excited to hear that he didn't have to keep going through the testing. Gabe continues to bring joy and a sense of such a huge blessing to our lives every day. I look at him and just can't believe that he is ours and he is just such a cutie. Tia and Raymond and Lisa and the kids came over today from Seguin to see everyone. There are some pictures of them with Gabe too. Lisa brought a picture of Jason as a baby and it is like looking at Gabe's baby picture. I told Jason we are going to have a really handsome son if he grows up looking like his dad :-) Kathy and Manuel and Ringo came over on Wednesday to see Gabe too. Unfortunately we were not thinking of pictures when they were here so we don't have pics to post of them. We will have to get them the next time around. Sorry Kathy :-(
Jason and I are doing pretty well as the exhaustion factor of having a newborn. Last night I was extremely tired and I am not sure why. I started pumping more yesterday so I am thinking that may have had something to do with it. Jason was of course awesome and let me sleep while he took care of Gabe and I didn't have to wake up until it was time for him to eat. I felt much better this morning and we even got some much needed cleaning done! We are hoping that it will stay clean until my parents get here next weekend. That way if we don't get time to clean again it will be clean for their arrival. We are so excited about them getting here and getting to see Gabe. I think that they are excited about it as us!!
We will update again soon but keep watching the site for new pictures as Jason is always updating them. Right now it is set up so that everytime the page refreshes there are new pictures that will come up. If you want to see all the pictures then just click on one and you can look at them all.
