We had an appointment on Monday for a check up and everything was normal. Gabriel is moving like crazy although I am not feeling all of his movements. I have been feeling really well with no major issues. Some pretty bad headaches and the swelling has begun but my blood pressure has been great. Jason and I finally got to watch the sonogram video last night. So now that we have gotten that far we should be able to get the video on here as well. You can hear his heartbeat on there as well which is always so exciting for us. I am definitely showing now and there is no doubt that I am pregnant! I am getting the wow Susan you sure are getting big comments! Which is fun :-)
Jason and the 5k Ministry have their race this weekend in Calvert. Everyone has been training so hard to get to this point. Jason is so proud of his entire team and I know that many of them never thought that they would make it this far. We still have the puppies from the shelter with us. One of the females was having some issues with her stitches from her spaying so they were not able to go to the adoptathon last weekend. In fact Jason and I spent 3 hours at the A&M vet clinic on Saturday having to have her looked at. I am thinking that they will be heading back for adoption by the end of this week. They have been nice to have around but we are ready for something other than puppies at this point :-)
Last weekend we were very busy especially on Saturday. We had a garage sale at our house that went very well. We still have some things left but we also got rid of a lot of things as well. Then we spent sometime at the vet clinic and then we rushed back to our clubhouse to have Hannah's birthday party. Everyone really seemed to have a fun time swimming and eating some yummy food. Hannah of course loved opening all her Polly Pocket gifts! Then we had to head back to the house and clean and get ready for game night. Which went very well again. We learned how to play Texas hold Em which I am still not sure that I know how to play. We also played Blackjack and Uno Attack. Of course there had to be a game of Jenga in there as well. We had a few new people come which made for a wonderful group. So once again we had a very busy weekend.
This weekend we are picking up the girls on Friday and then Saturday morning bright and early is the race. Then we are having an after party and communion. I am sure in the afternoon we will be taking the girls swimming if it does not rain. On Sunday I am going to be getting baptized and Tia and Raymond and maybe some other family are going to be coming over for that. I am SOOOO excited about Tia coming over!! Not like that is any surprise to most :-) She will get to see our house, meet our friends, see our church, and everything else. I am really nervous about the baptism but having Jason and Tia and everyone at the church there will make it a lil less scary. At least that is what I am hoping :-)
