jet Blue Lands

OH MAN
DID ANYONE SEE THE JET BLUE AIRLINER LAND WITH THE BAD LANDING GEAR?
I watched it on Fox News Channel.
Just watching the plane touch down with the front nose gear twisted, and seeing the sparks and fire. All I could think about was how the plane was going to catch on fire and blow up.
But talk about some really great pilots. Its amazing that a car going seventy miles and hour with a blown tire will swerve almost out of control, but you take this pilot who tonight landed a plane with the front landing gear facing the wrong direction, land and keep the plane on the runway, performing maybe a perfect landing. AMAZING. This pilot and all of his crew deserves a round of applause, a raise, maybe more raises, and more applause. I thought for sure they were doomed.
