We had our doctors appointment today and heard some news that we really were not anticipating or ready for! Gabe was turned down like he should be last week but this week he is now breech. Sometime in the last week he decided that having his head down was not where he wanted to be. So we were given two options by our doctor. One being a version where her and another doctor push on my belly to try and turn him manually. This process is very painful and only works about 50% of the time. There are also risks like my water breaking or the placenta tearing from the uterine wall. The other option is to get a c-section at 39 weeks which is when we were scheduled for the inducing anyway. SOOOOO we are going to do some more talking tonight as we have to make a decision by tomorrow as far as what we are going to do. If we decide to try the version then we will be doing that on Friday.
