You must remember to eat
espically after you have visited
Fryes Electronics in front of 300 people and probably triple that behind you standing in line.
Target, looking for everything else you didnt know you wanted the first time
Then to Walmart for everything else you didnt know you wanted
Then to Barnes and Noble for, yes again, everything else you didnt know you wanted (im going to repeat this line a few more times)
FINALLY to Starbucks for that coffee you wanted 3 hours earlier
Then off to Mervyns for everything else you didnt know you wanted
Then to Borders for what you couldnt find at Barnes and Nobles
For some reason, we walked into Old Navy to use the rest room and came out with yes more gifts
I think thats it (i hope, i become dizzy thinking we went anywhere else)
Finally we stopped at IHOP for our first meal of the Day, er morning er afternoon.
Fryes was diffenitley my first experience into hostile territory, when it comes to gift buying.
The final words I could hear Susan yelling to me as we went running into the store at Six AM were ",,,do it for your daughter!!!"
After that I lost site of her, only to hear her yelling at me from five rows behind me letting me know I had gone past my assigned isle where the one precious gift we had woken up so early for was located. Getting there was frustrating, the gift we wanted to buy had been bought out (or so we thought) , but I quickly learned to push and shove those smaller than me to be first in line for a new shipment being brought from the back.
